Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Orders not yet shipped can be canceled by:
  • Refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is processed.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

3. Refund Process for Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Refunds are processed within 24-48 business hours.
  • After Shipment (Return): Refunds are initiated after products are received and verified at the warehouse.
  • Payments via credit/debit cards or net banking will be refunded to the original account within 24-48 business hours, with an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect.
  • Refunds can also be provided via Inchpaper Coupons for future purchases.

4. Impact on Discounts and Loyalty Points

  • Discount Vouchers: Treated as used even if the order is canceled.
  • Loyalty Points: Credited back to the account upon cancellation.


Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

1. Easy Return Policy

  • Return or exchange requests can be raised within 1 day of delivery.
  • Partial returns are allowed (for one or more items in an order).

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Email support@inchpaper.com within 1 business day of receiving the order.
  • Step 2: Provide your order ID, a return/refund/replacement request, and an image of the product with the invoice.
  • Step 3: Products will be picked up within 2-4 business days. Refunds/replacements will be processed only if the items are received in their original packaging, with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.

3. Refund/Replacement Policy

  • Refunds or replacements will be provided for the invoiced value of the returned product(s).
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be provided after deducting delivery charges.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Products damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Tampered serial numbers.
  • Used or altered products.
  • Products not covered by warranty.
  • Return requests initiated after 1 business day of delivery.
  • Free products received during promotions.


Special Cases

1. Damaged/Defective/Wrong Items

  • In rare cases of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, you can request a replacement or refund.

2. Free Gifts

  • Free gifts must be returned along with the product.

3. Partial Returns

  • Returns can be initiated at an item level. However, all components and complimentary products must be included.
