Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
- Orders not yet shipped can be canceled by:

- Refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is processed.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
3. Refund Process for Cancellations
- Before Shipment: Refunds are processed within 24-48 business hours.
- After Shipment (Return): Refunds are initiated after products are received and verified at the warehouse.
- Payments via credit/debit cards or net banking will be refunded to the original account within 24-48 business hours, with an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect.
- Refunds can also be provided via Inchpaper Coupons for future purchases.
4. Impact on Discounts and Loyalty Points
- Discount Vouchers: Treated as used even if the order is canceled.
- Loyalty Points: Credited back to the account upon cancellation.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
1. Easy Return Policy
- Return or exchange requests can be raised within 1 day of delivery.
- Partial returns are allowed (for one or more items in an order).
2. Return Process
- Step 1: Email support@inchpaper.com within 1 business day of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide your order ID, a return/refund/replacement request, and an image of the product with the invoice.
- Step 3: Products will be picked up within 2-4 business days. Refunds/replacements will be processed only if the items are received in their original packaging, with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.
3. Refund/Replacement Policy
- Refunds or replacements will be provided for the invoiced value of the returned product(s).
- Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be provided after deducting delivery charges.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Products damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Tampered serial numbers.
- Used or altered products.
- Products not covered by warranty.
- Return requests initiated after 1 business day of delivery.
- Free products received during promotions.
Special Cases
1. Damaged/Defective/Wrong Items
- In rare cases of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, you can request a replacement or refund.
2. Free Gifts
- Free gifts must be returned along with the product.
3. Partial Returns
- Returns can be initiated at an item level. However, all components and complimentary products must be included.
